Quantum Woodgrain Block 9

Acrylic ink and acrylic paint marker on wooden block. This series combines the natural, wave-like grain texture of wood with the wave functions of quantum mechanics in an attempt to reconcile my studies in physics with my work in the studio.
 
This piece is 5"×5"×1 5/8" and ready to hang. Looks great alone or tiled with others.
